We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Dynamics Finance Consultant to join our team in Bulgaria. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and provide innovative solutions to our clients.
Hard Requirements:
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English
- Residing in Bulgaria
- Strong understanding of finance principles and concepts (finance background preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O)
- Ability to work onsite at customer locations
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
- Conduct system assessments, gather and analyze data, and identify areas for improvement
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet client needs
- Perform end-to-end implementation, including system configuration, testing, training, and documentation
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of finance principles, accounting practices, and financial management processes
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus
