Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Consultant to join our team. As a Production Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) ERP implementations, specifically focusing on the production module.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementations, with a strong focus on the production module within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of production, order to cash, procure to pay, and inventory management processes.
- Utilize your expertise in data migration to ensure a seamless transition of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Articulate well and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare comprehensive solution designs based on fit gap analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams in a distributed delivery model.
- Prepare functional design documents that clearly outline the solution approach and configurations.
- Lead conference room presentations (CRP) to showcase system functionality to business users.
- Develop end-to-end business scenarios for system integration testing (SIT).
- Guide business users during user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the successful adoption of the implemented solution.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of the Data Management Module.
- Maintain professional working proficiency in English to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Production Consultant, specializing in Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end ERP implementation, with a focus on production processes.
- In-depth knowledge of order to cash, procure to pay, and inventory management within an ERP system.
- Proven experience in data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assess target audience needs and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques and preparing solution designs based on fit gap analysis.
- Familiarity with working in an onsite/offshore model and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Experience in preparing functional design documents that serve as a blueprint for system configuration and customization.
- Ability to lead conference room presentations to demonstrate system functionality to business users.
- Strong capabilities in developing end-to-end business scenarios for system integration testing.
- Experience guiding business users during user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
- Capacity to assist in setting up and configuring the Data Management Module.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
